Our team is seeking an additional massage therapist who is passionate about their work and wants to leave a positive impact on their community. Whatever your specialty, we have room for it and will provide an environment for you to thrive and be well-compensated for the quality of care you provide.
Battle Ready Bodywork focuses on our local military and first responder communities, placing an emphasis on nervous system co-regulation to restore homeostasis within the brain and body, as well as thorough assessment and treatment of common musculoskeletal issues and injuries incurred in the line of duty.
Military familiarization is helpful but not required. We will answer questions and teach you what you need to know. A level of fitness capable of moving larger, more athletic bodies as well as a clean appearance are both sought for this position. Vibe, however, is everything. Massage therapy is most effective when the therapist and client can connect energetically. Our clients tend to be focused both on their mental health and physical recovery, seeking outside support from those who embody a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to wellness. A background in somatic psychology and trauma-informed care is strongly encouraged.
